We have even expressly demanded that the word ALGECO be withdrawn from dictionaries, since such an utilisation might result in loss of copyright for the brand name owner, a copyright that we are decisively prepared to defend.
Our company reserves the right to bring action against any third party who would reproduce our brand name in such a way or under such circumstances as may be harmful to us.
Beyond its legally reprehensible aspect, this utilisation in a generic and/or negative sense is also highly simplistic, since Algeco Company is the European leader in modular construction, currently offering a most diversified choice of temporary and permanent solutions in a number of fields (schools, offices, work camps, special events, equipment rooms).
Our company is therefore renowned for its product quality and its know-how.
In order to avoid confusion and to dispel any unfortunate association, we insist on specifying that the ALGECO brand name may solely be utilised in referring to our company’s products, services and installations.
